The President/CEO of FUNAB Group of Companies and Stalwart of All Progressives Congress (APC), Amb Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki-Gambari has pledged a gift of N10m to Kwara United Players following their victory in the final match of 2025 Presidential Federation Cup.
Yahaya Seriki had made the pledge to encourage Kwara United to defeat Abakaliki FC in the final at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos.
The Business Mogul who joined Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and other dignitaries, announced the gift during halftime season with the players.
His gift served as part of the motivating factors for Kwara United who won the Federation Cup by penalties and will now represent Nigeria at the continental level.
Recall that the APC Chieftain has been consistent in supporting the team to complement huge investment of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in sports.
