A special birthday prayer has been scheduled in honour of the former Senate President and Waziri Ngeri of Ilorin Emirate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, as he marks his 63rd birthday.

According to the Press Officer on Local Matters to Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, Abdulganiyu Abdulqadir, the prayer will hold on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Ipaye/Ilofa Street, Baba Saraki Residence, GRA, Ilorin, and will commence at 8:00am.

The prayer will be led by the Chief Imam of Ilorin, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Bashir Solih, alongside other eminent Islamic clerics.

He noted that the prayer session, organised to seek Allah’s continued guidance, good health and strength for Dr. Saraki, is open to the general public.

Supporters, political associates, admirers and members of the public are therefore invited to join family members, friends and well-wishers in celebrating Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki as he turns 63.
