The Osun State government in collaboration with state ministry of lands and physical planning and the office of the Surveyor-General has introduced a technology to solve problem relating to excruciatingly slow processing of Certificate of Occupancy from the past administrations through Automation of Survey Clearance to ensure ease, fast and efficient processing of C of O.
Hon. George Ibitayo Alabi,Commissioner for Lands and Physical Planning, in a statement on Sunday, said the process is a preliminary stage of the C of O in 45 days program which is the initiative of His Excellency, Governor Ademola Adeleke.
According to him, in view of this, Governor Ademola Adeleke plans to launch the C of O in 45 days program before the end of the year for all intending persons across the state to benefit from, when the program commences and get it within that 45days.
The Commissioner therefore urged anyone with a genuine Valid Survey for land, or property in Osun State to visit landsportal.osunstate.gov.ng to commence his or her survey clearance process.
