PSN wins Best Professional Body Award in Kwara

The Kwara State Chapter of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) has clinched the award of best professional body for year 2022.

The Informant247, a leading Online Media Platform presented the award to Kwara Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria after emerging victorious during the online voting ahead of Nigerian Bar Association and Nigerian Medical Association.

Kwara State Commissioner for Business and Innovations, Hon Ibrahim Akaje presented the award to Chairman of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria in Kwara State, Pharmacist Adejuwon Otelaja.

The Chairman Kwara PSN, Pharmacy Adejuwon Otelaja while receiving the award at The Informant247 Media Banquet/Award held at Maryam Hotel, Ilorin, said the body will continue to add value and provide necessary support in the health sector.

Pharmacist Otelaja said the award is a moral booster for PSN leadership in Kwara Chapter, adding that the people are paying attention to their good works.

According to him, we didn’t pay attention at the initial stage but we decide to take it serious after doing background checks about The Informant247. We are glad to clinch this award. The Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria in Kwara State will continue to go extra mile to sanitize the sector and provide necessary sector in the health sector.

Otelaja was accompanied to the event by executive of Kwara State Chapter of Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria.

Prominent Personalities including Minister of State for Mining and Solid Minerals, Senator Gbemisola Saraki, APC Senatorial Candidate for Kwara Central, Mallam Saliu Mustapha, PDP Candidate for Kwara South, Senator Rafiu Ibrahim and others attended the premiere of the first-ever documentary on the exploits of Ilorin indigenes in the legal profession and Media Banquet organized by The Informant247, an independent online newspaper headquartered in Ilorin, Nigeria.
