TeamNigeria4change Celebrates Democracy Day in Lagos

A Pan Nigeria Group, TeamNigeria4change on Thursday organised Democracy Day celebration in Lagos to mark 26 years of uninterrupted democratic transition and 32 years June 12, 1993 election.

The group members from different parts of Lagos State gathered at Ikeja underbridge amidst cheers and funfair to the gains of democratic rule in Nigeria.

Our Correspondent reports that TeamNigeria4change members displayed placards to show their solidarity for President Bola Tinubu and democratic rule in the country.

TeamNigeria4change President, Otunba Bestman Nze-Jumbo while addressing newsmen said 26 years of uninterrupted democratic rule in the country calls for celebration.

Bestman stated that Lagosians have a lot of reasons to celebrate, especially with the outstanding performance of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu that impacting lives with numerous projects spread across the state.

He also praised President Bola Tinubu for his resilience, steadfastness and determination to deepen democratic rule from a vibrant opposition leader to the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
